With two double bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to two couples. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with new appliances.

The property is home to a variety of native animals including wallabies, potoroos, possums and many species of birds. Walk trails pass through the forest on the shoreline, leading to a secluded bay or the village. The area is ideal for fishing, sailing, kayaking, hiking, bike riding or simply enjoying the vista.
