Fresh from the winter waters of southern Tasmania, this dining event honours the renowned Southern Bluefin tuna. Third generation fisher Jock Mure will present and expertly slice a whole fish for guests before the Mures culinary team transforms the tuna into a 4-course degustation with paired wines presented by local winemakers.
