Fresh from the winter waters of southern Tasmania, this ocean-to-plate dining event honours the renowned Southern Bluefin tuna. Third generation fisher Jock Mure will expertly carve a whole fish in front of your eyes before the culinary team transforms the tuna into a 4-course degustation with paired wines personally presented by local winemakers.
