Hosted at Uplands’ transformed wine shed and garden, this event offers a five-course menu crafted from premium Tasmanian ingredients by chef Paul Willcock and his partner Sara. Guests can enjoy an intimate atmosphere with open flames, lanterns, and thoughtfully paired wines, creating a cozy and immersive winter dining experience.
