The long weekend in March they’re firing up the Regatta Grounds for Tasmania’s only dedicated Barbecue Festival.
Smoked and grilled, low-n-slow or charcoal seared, this is a two day feast cooked over flame and coals.

Tasmanian meats and seafood are the main events, with a side plate of awesome savoury, 80’s style pub salad buffet and dessert stalls.
