Enjoy a fun day out exploring all things hemp.

Are you interested in climate friendly solutions? Have you heard of Industrial Hemp? It is the type of hemp that has no drug value, but has been used for thousands of years by humans, and is now enjoying a well-deserved resurgence. Maybe you saw something about this on Grand Designs Australia?

You are so welcome to attend this annual celebration at Cressy. Visit Tasmania’s only hemp processing facility while you listen to live music played on a hemp guitar. Taste a delicious hemp burger and sip some locally made hemp gin or rum. Inspect cannabis sativa growing, hear from the farmers and builders and touch a beautiful hemp wall. Have your face painted, see a designer hemp wedding dress, buy a hemp showbag and much more, all while you help save the planet.

Join the Tasmanian Hemp Association online for FREE entry (it’s cheaper than buying a ticket!). Bus transport, food, drink and all activities are free for ticket holders and members. Wheelchair accessible toilet on site. Enjoy a great day and make like-minded new friends.
