Mona’s summer festival of art, music and other stuff. Sunshine probable, but not guaranteed.
Mona’s summer festival rolls back into town in 2024, with Queens of the Stone Age swaggering onto the Mona lawns to kick things off. A smorgasbord of music, art and boats follows: Mogwai, Shonen Knife, Lonnie Holley + Moor Mother + Irreversible Entanglements, Courtney Barnett, TISM, Paul Kelly, Emeka Ogboh, Yahon Chang, and more. There’s a free concert in the Gorge in Launnie; a big gin-centric artwork; a boat used as a stage; immersive, fantastical dance works, and a whole mess of other stuff. Come and play.

We acknowledge the Aboriginal people who continue to care for this country today. We pay our respects to their elders, past and present.
