Held on the last Thursday of each month from May through August, this exclusive series invites guests to a guided tasting of four exceptional wines, personally presented by Matt. With his deep knowledge and passion for cool-climate winemaking, each glass offers insight into the stories and craftsmanship behind every vintage.

For $75 per person, enjoy a curated flight of four wines alongside the freedom to dine your way. Pearl’s team will highlight recommended dishes designed to complement the wines from the Ember Menu, which offers seasonal seafood straight from the barbecue on Pearl’s outdoor deck. The full à la carte menu will also be available to explore at leisure.
