At Mures Lower Deck we welcome our customers from early breakfast through to dinner where they can enjoy an excellent breakfast menu, including eggs with all the trimmings or something lighter, however, it’s the wide variety of seafood from the licenced Bistro which is the major drawcard because, starting at sea, we look after our fish from the moment we catch it on the line, right to when we serve it on their plate.
From our own, famous, line caught Blue-Eye Trevalla, to freshly prepared sashimi, seafood platters, salads, seafood chowder, soups, pizzas, and of course… fish & chips, as well as, freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters from our fishmonger’s counter. Guests can choose to dine al fresco all year round, under cover of our huge sails, or settle cosily indoors at a table or in the lounge area whilst finishing their meal off with a local roasted coffee. We cater extensively for children whose favourite is always one of 32 flavours of ice cream from the Café.
Mures Lower Deck, a local family business for over 40 years, located in Hobart’s working fishing port at Victoria Dock, remains a favourite of locals and visitors alike.
