Relax and enjoy our pristine beach or paddle in our sea kayak to nearby Deer Point. See stunning seascapes, unspoilt bays and abundant wildlife. Take a short stroll over the 12-acre property to view the Saltwater River Convict Probation Station with remains of convict buildings including the superintendent’s house, the chapel and the hospital.
It is located five mins from the Historic Convict Coal Mines and 20 minutes from Port Arthur Historic Site.
Nearby Tasman National Park, known for its coastal scenery and natural diversity, offers bush walks from short strolls to multi-day treks.
Feeling more adventurous? Your hosts have a wealth of experience with a range of adventure activities including horse riding, surfing, hang gliding or diving and we’d be delighted to recommend or arrange your next adventure.
