Situated on the verdant south-east coast of Tasmania, 45 minutes south of Hobart, Woodbridge Smokehouse is set in 25 acres of apple orchards. Traditional hand-smoking processes, using seasonal woods, create the delicate and distinctive flavours for which Woodbridge Smokehouse is renowned.
Our Woodbridge Taste House is open Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm and Saturday 12pm to 4pm (closed Saturdays from April to September). If you can’t make it to Woodbridge we would love to see you at Salamanca Market. Visit us every Saturday from 8am to 3pm, stall 185.
