This popular angling location, east of Great Lake on the edge of the Central Plateau, has good facilities for boat launching and camping. To reach Arthurs Lake from the south, take the A5 for 50 km beyond Bothwell. From the north, follow the B51 for 60 km south of Cressy.

This is a high altitude and exposed location and weather in the highlands can change fast, making boating conditions dangerous.

Please carry all required safety equipment and check local weather forecasts before you launch.
