Located in Hobart’s premium suburb of Sandy Bay in a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the mighty Derwent River, across to the iconic Bellerive Oval, sit back and watch the boats and the world sail by. With four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, and an office, “The Lookout” is the perfect base for the Family Holiday, or Business trip /Holiday close to the CBD, the Casino and the world famous Salamanca Markets.
Consisting of four bedrooms (one upstairs and three downstairs) this is a perfect family home – separate areas with separate amenities. Upstairs is for the parents with the Master Bedroom with King size bed and a walk-in robe and a 2-way access bathroom and a separate toilet. The rest of the upper level is for family living with a large, combined lounge/dining room with deck access, a large kitchen with all the modern amenities and a study with desks and office chairs.
Downstairs has three bedrooms, a queen and two single beds (all with built-ins), a shower room a separate toilet and a TV room (with a double sofa bed. A laundry with dryer and washing machine.
Heating; air conditioner, and panel heaters in every bedroom. A fireplace in the main living area. (a firewood starter bag is provided)Off-street parking for two cars, free on-street parking. The Yard is fully fenced.
