Located in the beachside township of South Arm, approximately a 40-minute drive from the City of Hobart and a 30-minute drive from Hobart International Airport. Blessington Beach Retreat boasts “forever changing” stunning views across the Derwent River to Bruny Island , Tinderbox, and Mount Wellington.
This property sleeps up to ten people and Beach access is a 50 metre walk from the property. Set out over two levels, the top level comprises of a large open plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the amazing Tasmanian scenery, with double sliding door access to the front balcony, a wood heater to keep you warm during the cool Tassie winter and further sliding door access to rear deck, barbeque and fully fenced garden. There is a well-designed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and island bench, leading on to access the main bathroom with separate shower, bath and toilet, the second bedroom with queen bed and lastly the main bedroom, with a king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite.
The third bedroom with built-in robes is behind the large white sliding door with a queen size bed, down the hall to the fourth bedroom with two sets of bunks and the third bathroom. Also on this level, you can access the laundry with a front-loading washing machine.
