Welcome to “Cascade Cottage”, located in one of Hobart’s closest and Historic suburbs, directly across the road from the World Heritage Site Cascade Female Factory and down the road from the famous Cascade Brewery. Offering air conditioning and off street parking. It’s perfect for small families, couples or friends travelling together.
Great living area that boasts a comfortable 6-seater dining suite. The dining area flows onto a lounge room with 2 sofas (one of which folds down into a double bed). Younger guests can lounge about whilst watching videos on the large smart TV or playing a board game.
The home sleeps 7 guests, including three bedrooms and a double fold out sofa bed in the lounge room. The main bedroom has a king-size bed with built in robe, and desk and chair overlooking the old female Factory. The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, The third bedroom has a queen bed, paired with a desk and chair as well as a mobile cot. Just off the 3rd bedroom is the Main bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. The home has two toilets.

– 3 km walk or drive to Hobart CBD shops and cafes ( Cascade walk follows the Creek down the road from home)
