With spectacular views of Mt Wellington, Derwent Bridge and River, This Family home is perfect for a large family or group that want to spend time together and or apart at the same time with room for everyone. The downstairs living area has a lounge and dining and wood fire. A small private deck with views of the river and bridge.
The kitchen has all the modern appliances. Dryer washing machine. Also, a family bathroom with a bathtub, vanity, shower, and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms downstairs a queen ensemble and a King size bed that splits into two singles (please let hosts know which combination you require at time of booking) both bedrooms have built in robes. A games room with a PS4 console and games. Upstairs three Queen bedrooms with built-in robes. The main bedroom has an ensuite, and patio. Also, upstairs is a small a study. Entertainment area with tables and chairs and of course BBQ.
There is off-street parking for two cars, and plenty of free on street parking.
