This lovely 2-bedroom cottage offers both quality and style, tucked away at the rear of a small, quiet cul-de-sac. The cottage is in Hobart’s most prestigious suburb of Sandy Bay, five minutes from Hobart’s CBD. An easy walk or drive to some of Hobart’s top restaurants and shopping –Salamanca, Battery Point, CBD and of course Sandy Bay.
The home easily accommodates four people with two generous and well-appointed separate bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second has a single bed with a pull-out trundle. Both bedrooms are generous in size and feature built-in wardrobes. The kitchen offers plenty of bench space and a breakfast bar and leads onto the dining room. The living room is generous in size and has been recently re-carpeted, along with the bedrooms. It has got everything you need to relax after a long day of exploring.
Warm and cosy in winter and cool in Summer with a reverse cycle air conditioner. Designated off-street parking space adjacent to the cottage makes it extra convenient to check-in and to unpack the shopping. There is a great sunny rear garden for enjoying your meals or morning coffee. The linen we provide is supplied by our linen service. We supply high-quality linen including freshly laundered towels for each guest.
