This beautifully renovated house is the perfect spot for large groups or families. There are four bedrooms and a rumpus which can sleep up to 11 people. Everything in this warm and inviting property is brand new.
It is extremely well situated on Hobart’s Eastern Shore, a ten minute stroll to Hobart’s largest Shopping Centre, and ten minutes drive to Hobart Airport, CBD/Salamanca. The position of the property also enjoys views of Mount Wellington. It’s the ideal base for your Hobart holiday.
As you enter via the external staircase you are greeted by the large lounge, kitchen, and dining area. In the lounge, you will find a comfortable sofa (which also converts to a double bed). We also provide Free WIFI and Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and there’s a family dining table. Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a comfortable queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.
Downstairs you will find the rumpus room with a lounge that converts into a comfortable sofa bed and a 50-inch tv. There’s also a large bedroom downstairs with a comfortable queen-size bed and a single bed.
