This culinary delight is tucked beneath Salamanca Wharf Hotel on Hobart’s waterfront. At Farzi, the flavours are bold and vibrant. A menu that shifts with the seasons delivers the finest local ingredients served up with a Farzi feel – such as Not Your Average Avo Toast, complete with avocado, feta, pomegranate, radish, dukkah, beetroot purée and poached eggs.
