Trish is passionate about food and draws from a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry, so you can be assured the menu will be diverse, tasty and delicious! Ethically produced local farm produce will be at the heart of the Hamlet Downs food journey, standing by the ethos of good, clean and fair.
