Junction Motel

The Junction is a clean, value for money motel in New Norfolk, Tasmania. The motel is situated at the gateway to the west coast and wilderness national parks – Mount Field, Styx Valley and Lake Pedder. The Junction is just 30 minutes drive from Tasmania’s capital, Hobart and only 15 minutes from the renowned Museum on New and Old Art (MONA) and the Agrarian Kitchen Cooking School at Lachlan or the Fabulous Agrarian Kitchen Eatery only a ten-minute walk away.
The Junction Motel staff pride themselves on exceptional service and clean, fresh rooms with “Mattress Kleen” Asthma and allergy friendly mattresses. Accommodation range from single to families of four. The Junction features 28 rooms all with ensuites in double, twin, queen and some family configurations.
The Lounge bar serves oysters and steaks till 8 pm Monday to Friday and with other eating houses are within a five min walk of the property.
