“Karinya” – an amazing waterfront apartment, offering guests the perfect peaceful getaway with “postcard” water views. The ideal base to start or finish your holiday or just to soak up the beauty of Tasmania has to offer. Only 10-15 minute drive to the Hobart CBD and the same to the Airport, with wheelchair access and a disabled toilet and shower.
Open planned modern kitchen, dining and lounge area, all with views of the water. The main bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with walk-in robe and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom and toilet with a wide roll-in shower. The other bedroom is located at the other end of the apartment giving it a private feel, also with a Queen size bed, and its own bathroom and robe, as well as its own reading nook. The kitchen has all the modern appliances including coffee machine. There is a washing machine and clothes dryer. The lounge has a smart TV and DVD.
The home is divided into to two apartments upstairs permanently occupied and Karinya Downstairs. (access between the two properties are securely locked).The apartment is all on one level with a wheelchair ramp .
Outdoor seating and BBQ, or walk in the garden boarding the the water. There is a designated car park for one car in front the apartment and non metered parking on the street.
