And only a 5-minute drive, or 20-minute walk, to the CBD.
Tucked away up a tree-lined lane you will find Lizzy’s place, surrounded by historic mansions.
Upon entering the front door, you’ll find a spacious downstairs area featuring two cosy bedrooms, a family bathroom, laundry, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
This home is designed to keep you comfortable all year round with panel heaters throughout and reverse cycle air conditioning downstairs. Upstairs there is an amazing view over Hobart from the third bedroom which has a king-size bed, and ensuite. Also upstairs is a separate study offering a quiet spot to retreat to.
