The inviting living room flows into an open plan kitchen, with French doors opening onto your own cottage style courtyard garden. This secluded, sun filled space is perfect for slow mornings, long lunches or a quiet evening glass of wine.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. The master offers a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a single bed. The layout is best suited to four adults, however the apartment can accommodate up to five guests. A central bathroom and separate laundry complete the space, creating a cosy yet refined home away from home.

Guests have exclusive use of the private courtyard, along with one convenient off street car park located close to the entrance.

With Nutgrove Beach at the end of the drive and scenic coastal walks leading to Long Beach Reserve, cafes and the Sandy Bay shopping precinct, the location is exceptional. Hobart’s CBD is only a short ten minute drive away.
