The main Bedroom has comfy King size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom a cozy queen bed and built-in robes, and third bedroom has two single beds. Each room, thoughtfully adorned and equipped, ensures a seamless stay.
With the convenience of two bathrooms, including a relaxing bathtub, and a washing machine and dryer.
Outside, the expansive deck beckons, offering a picturesque backdrop for your barbecue gatherings.
A secure lock up garage with electric roller door is provided for your convenience.
Conveniently located just a 10 minute drive to Hobart’s vibrant CBD and only a short trip to Bellerive Quay for a scenic ferry ride across the Derwent River, the home also provides swift access to the popular Bellerive beach within a mere 5-minute drive away.
