Pure Mist Water and Distillery

A multi award winning water and gin distillery set in the picturesque Huon Valley, a leisurely 45 minute drive from Hobart.

Our cellar door is adjacent to our beautiful 40 acre farm and production facility. Pure Mist by name and Pure Mist by nature.

Winner of the worlds best low mineral sparkling water in 2023, we harvest mist water droplets from the slow moving Winter mist of the Huon Valley.
