Their aim is to leave Rathmore richer in story, healthier in landscape and stronger in spirit for future generations. They acknowledge the Palawa peoples of lutruwita/Tasmania as Traditional Custodians, pay respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Rathmore welcomes all guests and is committed to a safe, respectful and inclusive environment, including LGBTQIA+ visitors.

They champion practical sustainability—minimising waste, reusing and recycling and cutting single-use plastics at events while maintaining food safety, guest comfort and a high-quality visitor experience.
