The property is close to shops, cafes and restaurants, public transport, Wrest Point, Hobart CBD and Salamanca. There is a dog-friendly beach a 15-minute walk from the house.
There are four bedrooms, three of truly generous proportions and the fourth with single plus trundle. The main bedroom benefits from a large ensuite and walk-through wardrobe. The hallway is wide and bright, adding further to the home’s character. The main bathroom is also spacious and has a fabulous bathtub, perfect for stretching out, relaxing and having a soak after a hard day touring around Hobart.
