Located approximately 4km from the shops at Ellendale with stunning views of Mt Field East. The property contains two camping grounds next to a healthy creek, all with plenty of space and privacy, and an orchard where seasonal fruits can be handpicked. Close to Mt Field National Park and Meadowbank Lake.
For experienced hikers there is direct access to the track for Brown Mountain. We are listing our property as 4WD only if you wish to take your vehicle directly into the camping areas. 2WD vehicles can be parked in a safe area just after the entrance to make your way on foot to camping spots. The town has a children’s park which contains play equipment, exercise equipment and a BBQ facility and public toilets.
The shops provide basic essentials and a post office. A supermarket is situated in the nearby town of Ouse approximately 20 minutes drive from our property. Nothing is provided, so please be self-sufficient before arriving and leave no trace. Campfires in designated areas only (not during fire ban periods). Pets are not allowed.
