Six Russell

By day, Six Russell is your local bakery — serving hand-made sourdough, seasonal pastries, and Single O coffee alongside a rotating list of guest roasters.

The shelves are lined with curated essentials to take home: the world’s best canned seafoods, local conserves, Perelló olives, and standout butter and cheeses from Melbourne’s Maker & Monger.

By night, the space shifts into a relaxed bistro — perfect for a quick stop at the bar for oysters and an ice-cold martini, or a slow evening shared with friends over bottles of wine.

The menu follows the seasons, and the wine, spirits and amari list celebrates small producers and thoughtful drinking.
