Stoney Creek Cabins

This is a hosted stay through Hipcamp, below is the information provided by the Host regarding their offering.

Stoney Creek Cabins are located in the town of Margate en route to southern Tasmania and Bruny Island, yet only a 25-minute drive to the city of Hobart. The charming cabins are nestled amongst native bushland with fresh water next to each site. Cabin #1 (Woodshed) is next to the Woodshed, and Cabin #2 (Bag End) is located 50 metres down the hill next to the creek – think Bag End from the Hobbit.

A central location for day trips to Bruny Island, local fruit orchards, or just enjoy a peaceful and tranquil escape with the birds, trees and wallabies. There is firewood available to purchase for the combustion stoves.
