Sullivans Cove Distillery is Australia’s premier producer of single malt whisky. Established in 1994, Sullivans Cove is one of Australia’s oldest single malt distilleries, producing hand-crafted, single cask, single malt whiskies from 100% Tasmanian ingredients. Having won three “World’s Best” titles at the World Whiskies Awards, Sullivans Cove is also Australia’s most highly-awarded whisky distillery.
Our distillery is currently under renovation until March 2023, so you can find us at Cascade Brewery – Australia’s oldest operating brewery. Walk-ins are welcome, and bookings are available via our website.
