The kitchen is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare that special holiday dinner. Sit down and enjoy your meal looking out over the tree line street, or just sit back and relax on the comfy couches and watch the large smart TV. Also situated on this level is the second bedroom with a queen size bed with built-ins, and a second bathroom with laundry.
From the top level, you can access the amazing private courtyard, with a delightful garden, BBQ and outdoor setting.
