Welcome to the “View Studio”, a modern, newly built, self-contained apartment just a five minute drive from Hobart CBD and Salamanca markets, and only three minutes from Wrest Point Casino. This one bedroom, one bathroom studio is a perfect getaway for either a romantic or business trip.
Nestled in Sandy Bay, Hobarts most prestigious suburb, with breathtaking views of the Derwent River.
Open plan living with a sofa and large Smart TV, small dining table and chairs, and modern well-appointed kitchen with coffee machine, oven and hotplates, microwave, and fridge. There is large bedroom with a brand-new Queen-size bed, with built in robes. There is also a large bathroom off the bedroom with a spacious shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry is also located in the bathroom with a washer/dryer and large sink.
There is a deck wrapping around the studio with the most amazing views of the Derwent River.
The studio has a large reverse cycle air conditioner ensuring warmth in winter and cooling in summer, as well as dual roller blinds for privacy.
