For your comfort, the home includes reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy in Winter and cool in Summer.
Enjoy great views of Mount Wellington, and relax in a stylish outdoor entertaining area. The main bedroom is beautifully furnished with elegant bedlinen and an extremely comfortable queen size bed. There’s even a wall-mounted Smart TV if you just want to curl up in bed and watch your favourite show after a busy day.
The 2nd bedroom has two comfortable single beds and the double glazing throughout will ensure a peaceful night’s sleep, also in the lounge, one of the lounges converts into a comfortable sofa bed.
If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. However, with the large array of wonderful restaurants so close by, why would you want to cook!
The laundry has a washing machine/dryer combo and there’s a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting for your morning coffee.
