The self-contained kitchen contains a fridge, cooktops, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is generous in size with views of Wrest Point, city and the Derwent River. There is a four-seated dining table.
With a newly renovated bathroom, also houses the laundry with both a washing machine and a dryer.
This property is warm and cosy in winter and cool in Summer with a reverse cycle air conditioner, with separate heaters in bedrooms.
A designated off-street carport space for one car behind the home makes it extra convenient to check in and unpack shopping, with free on-street parking.
