Villa Rochford is a short stay accommodation ideal for one or two couples (or group up to 5) wishing to visit the Tasman Peninsula &/or East Coast of Tasmania.
Our brand new industrial style 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Villa embraces bespoke fittings, recycled timbers all within a warm environment set upon the olive grove.
Villa Rochford is clad in weathered Tas Oak, with a stunning natural oil coating. Fully self-catering, 2 private outdoor decks/patio with an outdoor BBQ. A courtesy welcome antipasto platter is provided on arrival, plus breakfast provisions for the first mornings stay. Local Cape Grim Scotch Fillet steaks are available for purchase, along with local wines in the Mini Bar.
Relax and unwind, or visit the Tasman Peninsula Region. Port Arthur Historic Site, the many walking tracks along the coastline, Pennicot Adventure Wilderness Cruises. The property is also in close proximity to Tasmania’s stunning East Coast and provides a great day trip option.
40 minutes drive from Hobart, purchase your food provisions on the way or take advantage of our Locally Produced prepackaged food options in the fridge freezer.
