Through grants, scholarships, and unforgettable experiences, Variety provides direct support to children and their families when they need it most. Variety’s fundraising activities bring together a community of partners, volunteers and supporters, all with the common goal of making lasting change for sick, disadvantaged or special needs kids across Tasmania.

Variety – the Children’s Charity empowers children who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with disabilities through life-changing programs that provide medical care, mobility, education and support to live without limits. Variety Tasmania offers a number of fundraising, volunteer and corporate social responsibility programs suitable for anyone to participate in, whether they are locals or visitors. The Variety Bikes4Kids Program aims to give the gift of freedom, independence, exercise and joy to children who are sick or have additional needs, or those who have never been fortunate enough to have a bike of their own. Volunteers purchase bikes to be gifted to children and actively participate by assembling the bikes with guidance by Variety Tasmania.
