The architect-designed, energy-efficient townhouse boasts privacy and great views of the water and Mount Wellington. Taking advantage of natural light, and utilizing double-glazed windows and doors, the townhouse has the highest quality fittings and finishes throughout. An enjoyable ten-minute ramble will take you past the Blowhole to Ocean Esplanade (great restaurants) and Blackmans Bay beach. A short walk or minute in the car will take you to Bayview Market where you can stock up for your holiday stay.
The beautiful contemporary villa blends modern beachside style with comfort and elegance. It is designed to usher in natural light and breezes during Summer and hold in the warmth in winter but on those days when you will need additional cooling or heating, there is reverse cycle air conditioning and floor heating.
The lower level provides 2 double bedrooms that extend to the outdoors through large stacking sliding glass. The master bedroom features a large ensuite with floor heating. A generous study zone and a spacious bathroom also with floor heating, a frameless shower and an oversized tub are located on the ground level.
