Drive Car Hire is the first company to offer electric vehicles (EVs) for hire in Tasmania, with a fleet of Tesla’s available in Hobart and Launceston.
Drive Car Hire also offer a range of premium and sports cars including Mercedes, Mustang, Mini Cooper, BMW convertibles, Porsche, and Range Rover.
The Hobart City office is conveniently located in the city centre – a ten-minute walk from Salamanca Place and a 12 to 15-minute walk from the cruise terminal. They are open seven days a week with returns available after hours.
Drop-off at Hobart airport is available alongside one-way rentals to Launceston airport and, by request only, Devonport and Strahan.
Drive cars are allowed to go to Bruny Island and are also covered for travel on unsealed roads. Child seats are available.
