The bedroom has a Tasmanian Oak King bed and an amazing mattress with beautiful linens.
The Bathroom with shower, bath, bubbles, and the fluffiest towels, offers a separate loo with a great view.
Outside are amazing views of the Orchard, Sleeping Beauty, the beautiful Huon River, and our gardens, the views are endless.
There is a gazebo with ample outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a BBQ, complete with wood.
The river is right there at the point, Just open the gate and the waterfront is yours only, so if inclined bring your kayak or rod.
Hobart is 45 minutes away, and Hobart Airport is one hour away.
