Thirty minutes north of Hobart, the new iconic home of Australia’s oldest single malt whisky resides in buildings that date back to the early 1800s.

Take a tour of the distillery and discover the magic of distillation, join them in the cellar door for a tasting and sample Lark whisky or Forty Spotted gin or just come and wander the historical property and be inspired by the beauty of the landscape and the architecture.

LARK Pontville Distillery is open every day 10am – 4pm. Distillery Tours run every day at 12pm and 2pm and cost $69/person.
