Guests can choose from five unique dining spaces.  The furnace is intimate and moody.

The Kiln offers a unique and special dining experience. Housed in a converted barn dating back to 1862, with the addition of the oast house tower built in 1911, this restaurant provides a charming and historic ambiance. Located in Ranelagh, in Tasmania’s stunning Huon Valley, and just a 3-minute drive from the main street in Huonville, it caters to families and offers a range of dining options. Whether you’re seeking a leisurely and delightful lunch with your favorite company or a quick and delicious takeaway coffee, The Kiln has something for everyone.

As enchanting in winter as it is in warmer months, the shared plates eating experience caters for most palettes, food preferences and dietary requirements. A layered eating experience that hits all the senses, the ever changing menu and unique eating spaces mean no visit will be the same. An exciting melting pot of cultural influences spill into the menu including mediterranean, french provincial, Nepalese, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Caribbean and the Americas.
