Located 25 minutes from the Hobart CBD, Tinderbox Cliff House is set in a secluded bush setting overlooking the Derwent River, making it the perfect property for a Hobart getaway. The main lounge room has parquet timber flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows so you can sit and enjoy the spectacular water views after a day spent sightseeing. There is a second living area as well. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Wake up with a view in the main bedroom that has a queen-sized bed, walk-in robe and floor-to-ceiling windows. All bedrooms are located on the lower level- down a set of 9-10 stairs. The second bedroom also with a queen bed and the third bedroom with a single are also flooded with natural light. Both the main bathroom (upper level) and the ensuite(lower) have walk-in showers. There is a laundry with full washing facilities for your convenience and plenty of off-street parking available.
