Are you ready for 75 minutes of wellness? Your session begins with guided meditation and breath-work, followed by an ice bath and two rounds of the far infrared sauna whilst sipping on a hot ginger tea. Finish with a yoga mobility session and feel the calmness and clarity while you relax in our wellness space on the sand dunes.
Book in for a group of four in our set workshop dates found on our website or a private group session at a time that suits you.
