The combined main lounge and dining room leads onto the modern, galley style kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and plenty of bench space. There is an additional sitting room with a vast selection of books and games. The laundry with a washing machine and dryer and the updated bathroom and separate toilet are also on the lower level.
Upstairs is the kids zone! Twin single beds in the third attic bedroom, and there is an additional lounge/playroom for the smaller members of your family. There is also an outdoor courtyard with BBQ and off-street parking for up to two vehicles.
