Highland Getaway Luxury Farm Stay B&B as well as a working farm breeding Highland Cattle. It’s located in the picturesque Huon Valley in Southern Tasmania, a scenic 35-minute drive from Hobart. Each end of the modern stylishly decorated homestead has its own private self contained wing offering the perfect romantic country getaway for a birthday, anniversary or simply to indulge yourselves.
The Spa Suite has its own hot tub on the deck and the Cinema suite has an amazing home theatre that has been set up with Netflix and surround sound. Both suites have beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms for star gazing at night and animal watching by day.
The Farm Stay House is a separate house which is ideal of families of up to six people or for people traveling together. Its fully equipped with everything you need, as well as a six-seater hot tub on the deck with beautiful views of the paddocks.
Many people have described Highland Getaway as a photographer’s paradise and an animal lover’s dream. A complimentary ATV farm tour with Julie is included with your stay so you can enjoy walking among Julie’s Highland cattle and calves and brush them and see her friendly alpacas. You’ll love it.
