Highland Getaway Luxury Farm Stay B&B breeding Highland Cattle. It’s located in the picturesque Huon Valley in Southern Tasmania, a scenic 35-minute drive from Hobart. The main house has a Spa and a Cinema Suite at each end with the Homestead being located in the middle.
The suites are a perfect romantic country getaway for couples being self contained, modern, stylishly decorated with your own private bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchenette. The Spa Suite has its own hot tub on the deck and the Cinema suite has an amazing home theatre with surround sound. Both suites have beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms for star gazing at night and animal watching by day.
The Homestead is a luxury 2 bedroom house in between the suites. The open plan spacious lounge, dining and kitchen overlook 2 large entertaining decks with beautiful views of the paddocks. For larger groups you can book the Homestead and either one of the suites or book the whole house with both suites and the Homestead.
Highland Getaway as a photographer’s paradise and an animal lover’s dream. A 2.5 hour farm tour is included with your stay so you can brush lots of gorgeous Highland cattle and calves and feed some friendly alpacas. Your also welcome to walk around the property. You’ll love it.
