Our tours operate on our working oyster farms and guests experience a very unique range of up-close and personal tours on both water and land.
Guests see and learn all about the life cycle of oysters, learn the quality points of a great oyster and of course, are able to eat them as they are pulled from the water and shucked in front of them.
We acknowledge the Tasmanian Aboriginal people and their enduring custodianship of lutruwita / Tasmania. We honour 40,000 years of uninterrupted care, protection and belonging to these islands, before the invasion and colonisation of European settlement.
