Located in historic Evandale, our passion for using local and quality suppliers extends to our menu and the drinks we offer. Our ever-changing specials reflect the wonderful seasonal produce Tasmania and our kitchen garden has to offer.
We produce our menu depending on the season and what our local producers and suppliers have on hand. Our food is honest fresh and British Pub style with a twist, hearty and warming in Winter and light and fresh in the Summer months.
We acknowledge the Tasmanian Aboriginal people and their enduring custodianship of lutruwita / Tasmania. We honour 40,000 years of uninterrupted care, protection and belonging to these islands, before the invasion and colonisation of European settlement. As a destination that welcomes visitors to these lands, we acknowledge our responsibility to represent to our visitors, Tasmania’s deep and complex history, fully, respectfully and truthfully.
