Cornwall Cottage is located in a private wing of Cornwall Homestead, a 14-minute drive from Hobart. Set on 40 acres the cottage offers spacious rooms, is quiet and has magnificent rural and water views over Barilla Bay.
Cornwall Cottage accommodates up to two guests in rooms beautifully furnished with country-style furniture and antiques. One bedroom has a queen-size old style iron bed. There is a full bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry is available on request.
A large sitting room is equipped with a large digital television, DVD player, CD player, with a library of discs and books.
The kitchenette has all the electrical appliances you’ll need to cook up a storm and there is an outdoor barbecue. Ingredients for a hearty breakfast such as farm eggs, cereals, home-baked bread and homemade jams, tea, coffee, milk are supplied. There is private access and plenty of parking is provided.
Cornwall Cottage is ideally located to visit all the attractions the South has to offer including the historic Richmond Village, wineries and restaurants. In Hobart visit Salamanca Place and Market and Mount Wellington. Take a day trip to Port Arthur, Mt Field National Park, the Huon Valley, or MONA Museum.
